MOON voted best ordering system for the ninth time

The MOON ordering system has again been named the best system in German mobile retail. The poll rated range, usability and the availability of support, among other criteria.

For us the award is mainly feedback from daily practice: more than 900 retailers are registered in the portal, around 600 of them use it every day. Changes to the range, to prices and to tariff conditions all run through the same system used for ordering and billing.

What makes the difference

• Daily prices and availability instead of weekly lists
• Hardware and tariff in one process, including predefined bundles
• Named contacts, by phone and via co-browsing inside the portal
• Central billing through MOTION, with payment terms of up to 30 days subject to credit assessment

What comes next

We are working on the points raised most often in the poll: faster search, clearer presentation of promotions and a better overview of open orders. Our retail contacts are happy to take further suggestions at any time.
